The Green Bay Packers finished the 2025 season with a 9-7-1 record and made the playoffs as a wild card team. Unfortunately, their postseason run ended rather quickly, as they lost to the Chicago Bears after blowing a 21-3 halftime lead.

Chicago beat Green Bay 31-27, using a 25-6 fourth quarter to turn things around.

This offseason, things haven't been great for the Packers either. They lost several key players in free agency, such as backup QB Malik Willis, OL Rasheed Walker, DE Kingsley Enagbare, LB Quay Walker, OL Elgton Jenkins, WR Romeo Doubs and DE Rashan Gary, among others.

In fact, CBS Sports named Green Bay as one of the NFL teams that "lost the most" in free agency, noting that the Packers "still need to address the depth they lost," particularly at the running back, receiver and quarterback positions.

Despite the Packers' concerning situation, it hasn't stopped them from making the most of their offseason.

Outside of roster building, the Packers have plenty of off-field events and activities. On March 18, the franchise announced that it has awarded a $250,000 grant to Notre Dame de la Baie Academy in Green Bay for its future Health and Wellness Center.

More recently, the team also revealed the Packers Athletic Club's "PAC the Field" yoga experience in April.

On Wednesday, Green Bay revealed another event, which is a first-of-its-kind initiative for the team in partnership with the Center for Childhood Safety.

"The Green Bay Packers and the Center for Childhood Safety are teaming up for the first-ever Packers Safety Playbook event on Saturday, May 9," the Packers stated in a press release. The event will be held at the Lambeau Field Atrium.

According to the Packers, there will be a "variety of interactive safety stations" at the event that kids and families can visit to and learn ways to stay safe.

As part of its promotion, the first 600 attendees will get free light-up safety belts. The first 400 attendees will also get free youth bike helmets.

The event will also feature safety vehicles that attendees can see up close, including an Eagle III helicopter.

The Packers will have several players present at the event to do book readings and engage with attendees at the stations.
