Moore should be one of the most prolific signal-callers in all of college football. The offense boasts an embarrassment of riches, ranging from the offensive line to the receiving corps. The defense reloaded, too, with the acquisition of high-profile players like safety Koi Perich (Minnesota).

If Oregon doesn’t make a deep College Football Playoff run this season, it’ll be viewed as a massive disappointment. Lanning has been building for this moment. The team is ready. This is the year they make the national title game and compete for the most important trophy in the sport.

This season, Oregon is on a warpath to the national title. They’re loaded on offense. Have plenty of playmakers on defense. And have one of the best coaches in the sport. The Ducks should be a truly excellent team that can win games in multiple ways.

But even the best teams slip up from time to time. Oregon will have a fantastic 11-1 season, but will drop its road game against Ohio State in an extremely difficult environment. However, the Ducks will get their revenge in the Big Ten title game.
