Toronto Blue Jays 1B Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is still trying to find his power stroke, but Tuesday's matchup is packed with protein for a YRFI against the Tampa Bay Rays. We also like the YRFI with the Washington Nationals and Colorado Rockies at Coors Field. The lone NRFI comes in the nightcap featuring the Cincinnati Reds and Seattle Mariners.
Now that the World Cup is behind us, MLB is the main focus. Everyone is in action Tuesday with 15 games all beginning in the evening. So kick back, kick around your wagers and kick some you know what.

Best NRFI and YRFI Bets Today
Tampa Bay Rays at Toronto Blue Jays YRFI (+100)
The Rays send RHP Drew Rasmussen to the hill at 7-5 with a 3.26 ERA. It has been a good season, but you can jump him in the first with his 4.50 first-inning ERA. It has been a bit of a down year for Blue Jays RHP Kevin Gausman at 4-8 with a 4.33 ERA. He has had issues in the first inning all season with a 7.50 ERA. The dam could break early in this one.
Washington Nationals at Colorado Rockies YRFI (-200)
Some may call it low-hanging fruit, but the numbers add up. Nats RHP Miles Mikolas has been one of the worst starters in baseball the last year-plus. He's 3-7 with a 5.53 ERA on the season. The first inning has been par for the course with a 5.40 ERA. He also has a career 12.76 ERA in Coors Field. For the Rockies, RHP Michael Lorenzen is hanging on by a thread at 3-9 with a 6.22 ERA. He also has a 5.40 ERA in the first this season.
Cincinnati Reds at Seattle Mariners NRFI (-120)
The pitching matchup of the night features Reds All-Star RHP Chase Burns, who's 11-1 with a 2.54 ERA. He has allowed just two ER in 18 first frames for a 1.00 ERA this season. For the M's, RHP Luis Castillo faces his former team at 3-8 with a 4.93 ERA. He has gotten the job done in the first with a 3.00 ERA. This is the lone NRFI we're chasing Tuesday.
What Does NRFI and YRFI Mean in Baseball?
The term NRFI indicates no runs scored in the first inning. Its opposite, YRFI, indicates yes, a run will be scored in the first inning. It doesn't matter if the run qualifies as an earned run or not. If a run crosses the plate in the first inning for either team, the wager loses for the NRFI side and wins for the YRFI side.
