Legendary Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban angered fans with his President Trump decision on Sunday.

Saban, arguably the greatest head coach in the history of college football, played a round of golf with President Trump on Sunday. He was joined on the links by legendary Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

The White House traveling reporters pool announced the news on social media on Sunday afternoon.

Playing a round of golf with the President of the United States is an honor to many. However, to some, it's a controversial decision.

College football fans criticize Saban for his decision

Some college football fans criticized Nick Saban for his controversial golf decision on Sunday afternoon.

"I thought Nick Saban might be a decent man. Evidently not," one fan wrote in a post liked 76 times.

"How embarrassing for such successful coaches to hang out w a golf cheat," one fan added.

"Four people who are usually the worst person in the room when they are not with each other. Also when DeSantis tries to seperate himself from Trump in 2028 remember this," another fan added.

"Destantis played in the AT&T pro am Thursday - Saturday. Busy guy," one fan added.

"I used to like Nick Saban," another fan added.
