Deshaun Watson and the Cleveland Browns beat Tyler Huntley and the Baltimore Ravens 13-10 on Sunday, lifting them to 4-2 and into first place in the AFC North, though safety Grant Delpit entered concussion protocol.
With Lamar Jackson sidelined by a sprained ankle for a second straight game, the Ravens had led 10-0 before the Browns found a way back. Baltimore scored on its first two possessions and none of its last nine, while the Browns, held to 46 total yards in the first half, climbed back through a 48-yard Andre Szmyt field goal and a Derrick Henry fumble that Carson Schwesinger forced and Tyson Campbell recovered at the Baltimore 35.

Watson’s 33-yard throw to Jerry Jeudy on third-and-5 set up Szmyt’s 37-yard winner as time expired, after the Ravens were offside on a blocked first attempt, but the afternoon began very differently, with a 15-yard roughing penalty on Maliek Collins on a 29-yard Josh Cuevas catch that moved Baltimore to the Cleveland 17 and set up Tyler Loop’s 34-yard field goal.
Now, that flag could end up costing Collins more than field position, since the NFL reviews roughing calls every week.
Every week, the NFL goes back over its roughing penalties, and the going rate this season is $17,911 for a first offense and $23,882 for a repeat offense.
Collins does not appear on the NFL’s published fines through Week 5, so a fine for the Sunday hit would currently be the lower amount, provided the league acts on it.
