NFL Responds To Outrageous Super Bowl 60 Parking Prices

Super Bowl prices.

Bleacher Report/X

Super Bowl 60 is quite the spectacle.

The New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks are scheduled to meet at Levi's Stadium. The game will air live on NBC. Kickoff is scheduled for shortly after 6:30 p.m. E.T. on Sunday. Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth will have the call for NBC.

Heading into the game, tens of thousands of people will flock into Levi's Stadium. A lot of them will take public transportation or private cabs and vans. But some will be parking, too.

How much is parking?

In some places, it's $400.

NFL fans are understandably shocked, but most can believe it, too.

"Cheaper to park anywhere and just get it towed," one fan wrote.

"Or buy a $50 uber to the stadium," one fan added.

"Well for those going to the game. 400 is not really anything compared to entire cost of the experience lol. It is what it is," one fan added.

"$400 to watch America’s most expensive flag football game? Worth it for the halftime show," one fan added.

The NFL responds to the prices

The NFL is making clear that these parking prices are not officially affiliated with the league itself.

"No. This is not affiliated with the NFL. Parking passes were previously available for $120," Brian McCarthy of the NFL wrote.

Those high parking prices might not be NFL official, but people are surely going to be paying them, anyway.
