Tom Brady is known for his legendary NFL career with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Widely considered the greatest player of all time, Brady’s seven Super Bowl championships are more than any franchise in NFL history. The three-time NFL MVP is still involved in the game, notably as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders and as Fox Sports’ lead NFL game analyst.
The former No. 199 overall pick in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft has pursued more than just football in his retirement, securing endorsement deals with Delta Air Lines, Aston Martin and TAG Heuer. Brady also holds a majority stake in the trading company CardVault.

Another venture that Brady has delved into is that of boat racing. Not too dissimilar from the Patriots’ heyday, when Brady and Bill Belichick would boat race opponents, the California native took the motto to heart post-retirement, investing in the E1 Series of electric boat racing, the world’s first all-electric powerboat racing circuit.
The 49-year-old quickly dominated the sport, winning the UIM E1 World Championship in his first two seasons. He secured his second title in Miami last year on Nov. 8. In the most recent “Round 5” race on Sept. 13, Team Brady made history by winning the Grand Prix in Luanda, Angola, for the first time. The former Michigan Wolverines star went to Instagram to reveal his next move he is focused on.
Brady celebrated the victory, shouting out participants and revealing the next stop as Miami, with his sights set on a third straight championship.
On his Instagram story, Brady wrote, “@e1teambrady, Next stop Miami 🎈🌴, @racingcoleman @emmakimilainen,” over a graphic of a selfie showing the Team Brady members who participated in the event.
The 2026 E1 finale will be held Nov. 14-15 in Miami.
