NFL fans haven't heard from Dianna Russini in a while.
The now-former NFL insider for The Athletic resigned earlier this year, amid her ongoing Mike Vrabel scandal. Russini, who is married with two children, was spotted hanging out at an adults-only resort with the Patriots head coach, before the NFL league meetings this winter. After those photos came out, more footage surfaced, from previous non-professional meetups over the years.
Ultimately, Russini chose to step down.
“This media frenzy is hurtling forward without regard for the review process The Athletic is trying to complete. It continues to escalate, fueled by repeated leaks, and I have no interest in submitting to a public inquiry that has already caused far more damage than I am willing to accept,” Russini said in her resignation letter. “Rather than allowing this to continue, I have decided to step aside now — before my current contract expires on June 30. I do so not because I accept the narrative that has been constructed around this episode, but because I refuse to lend it further oxygen or to let it define me or my career.”

Russini, who previously worked for ESPN, has remained married.
Over the weekend, TMZ Sports published photos and video of Russini on vacation with her husband and children.
Fans are uncomfortable with this level of reporting, which borders on stalking
Fans and media are calling it out.
"Why are people stalking this woman and her young children on a cruise ship? this isn’t weird to y’all?" Ashley Nicole Moss wrote.
"How does TMZ even work? They just hire a million people to stalk every notable person ever?" one fan added.
"This still being a thing when both parties are still married is ridiculous lol. She’s fired, both families have clearly moved on. Like there’s nothing left but projection," one fan added.
"If he doesn't care, why should the rest of society? Let these people enjoy their spending time with their kids," another fan said.
Both Russini and Vrabel remain married to their respective parties.
It might be time for everyone to just move on.
