Super Bowl 60 was a dud on the field, with the Seattle Seahawks blowing out the New England Patriots, 29-13, in a game that was never close.
But how did the Super Bowl 60 commercials hold up? It's safe to say that Super Bowl commercials are just not as culturally relevant and important as they used to be. They're not as funny as they used to be, either.
Some, though, still manage to go viral.
Dunkin's Super Bowl 60 commercial, featuring Ben Affleck and some iconic TV sitcom actors from the 1990s, was one of the biggest on Sunday night. But did fans actually like it?
The commercial, titled "Good Will Dunkin," featured Ben Affleck playing the Matt Damon character from "Good Will Hunting."
It also included appearances from several different TV actors, including Jennifer Aniston and Jason Alexander and Ted Danson.
The commercial likely cost $10 million or more, when you take into account how much the actors were paid.
But many NFL fans found it 'weird' and 'creepy'
"That commercial from Dunkin was weird and unnecessary," one fan wrote.
"Was that Dunkin donuts commercial just disturbing AI for two minutes?" one fan added.
"That Dunkin commercial was by far some of the cringiest stuff I've ever seen. Everything about their faces seemed… off 😬 and I'm a huge dunkin fan too smh," one fan added.
"This Dunkin commercial is so creepy. How did they approve reverse aging all these 90s sitcom stars? What is going on?" one fan added.
"This deepfake, CG, AI Dunkin commercial might be the worst thing I’ve ever seen," one fan added.
What did you make of the Dunkin commercial on Sunday evening?
