The 2026 NBA All-Star Weekend is finally here, with festivities beginning Thursday and the main All-Star games scheduled for Sunday.
This year, the tournament will feature a new format in which three teams compete in a round-robin structure. Two of the three teams will be made up of players from the United States, while the third will consist of players from the rest of the world. The central theme will be USA vs. the World.
The games will be hosted at the Intuit Dome by the Los Angeles Clippers management. It will be televised nationally by NBC and will stream live on Peacock.
NBA All-Star Celebrity Game
The All-Star Celebrity Game will be the first attraction on Friday. It will kick off at 7 PM ET at Kia Forum and will stream exclusively on ESPN.
The roster features Keegan-Michael Key, Badshah, Mustard, GloRilla, Jeremy Lin, Taylor Frankie Paul, Nicolas Vansteenberghe, Shams Charania, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Keenan Allen, Cafu, Cody Jones, Jenna Bandy, Adrien Nuñez, Tacko Fall, Mat Ishbia and Rick Schnall.

Returning participants include Rome Flynn, Simu Liu, Andre De Grasse, Dylan Wang and Jason “White Chocolate” Williams.
Coaching duties will be handled by Giannis Antetokounmpo and his brothers, Mookie Betts and others. The game will feature a halftime performance by K-pop group CORTIS.
Rising Stars Games
Rising Stars games will be streamed live on Peacock, starting with game 1 between Team Austin and Team Melo at 9 p.m. at Intuit Dome. Game 2 is between Team Vince and Team T-Mac beginning at 9 55 p.m.
The winner of the two will face each other the same night at 10 35 PM for the championship at Intuit Dome.
NBA HBCU Classic
The Hampton University Pirates and North Carolina A&T Aggies men's basketball teams will face off at the Kia Forum just after the Celebrity Game concludes. The game will begin at 11 PM ET and will be streamed live on Peacock.
“Hampton University and North Carolina A&T State University are two premier HBCU institutions with a historic rivalry that represents the pride, tradition and excellence of HBCU basketball,” said NBA Deputy Commissioner and Chief Operating Officer Mark Tatum.
“We look forward to hosting both teams in Los Angeles as part of NBA All-Star 2026 and celebrating the culture and competition of these two storied programs.”
That concludes all the events for Friday.
All-Star Media Day
The NBA All-Star Media Day will be the first attraction of Saturday and will be available to watch on NBA TV and the NBA App. It will take place at Intuit Dome starting at 1 30 PM ET.
It will be followed by Commissioner Adam Silver's news conference at 4 PM and can be watched on the same platform.
All-Star Saturday Skills Competition: When Does It Start?
The main attraction of Saturday is the All-Star skills competitions. It will host three events, all of which will be televised nationally by NBC and streamed by Peacock at 5 PM ET.
What Time Does 3-Point Contest Start?
The first scheduled event is the 3-Point Contest. The field includes Devin Booker, Kon Knueppel, Damian Lillard, Tyrese Maxey, Donovan Mitchel, Jamal Murray, Bobby Portis Jr. and Norman Powell. It will start at 5 PM ET.
What Time Does Shooting Stars Event Start?
The second scheduled event is the Shooting Stars competition and will quickly follow the 3-point contest. It will feature four teams. Team All-Star consists of Scottie Barnes, Chet Holmgren and Richard Hamilton. Team Cameron includes Jalen Johnson, Knueppel and Corey Maggette.
Team Harper is made up of Dylan Harper, Ron Harper Jr. and Ron Harper. Team Knicks features Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns and Allan Houston.
What Time Does Dunk Contest Start?
The final event of the night is the Slam Dunk contest and will follow the Shooting Stars event. Roster lists Carter Bryant, Jaxson Hayes, Keshad Johnson and Jase Richardson.
And that concludes the festivities for Saturday.
All-Star Games
The main attraction, the All-Star Games, is scheduled to take place on Sunday. The first event of the day is the NBA G-League Next Up game starting at 2 30 PM ET at the LA Convention Center and will be streamed on the NBA app.
All-Star Game 1: World vs Stars
The first game of the night is scheduled to begin at 5 PM ET and will be streamed live on Peacock and televised by NBC. Team World will take on the Stars team of America.
All-Star Game 2: Winner of G1 vs Stripes
The second game of the night is scheduled to begin at 5 55 p.m. ET and can be caught on the NBC channel or Peacock. The winner of Game 1 will take on the Stripes team of America.
All-Star Game 3: Loser of G1 vs Stripes
The third game of Sunday will kick off at 6 25 p.m. ET and can be watched on the NBC channel or Peacock. The loser of Game 1 will take on the Stripes team in this matchup.
All-Star Game 4: Championship
The two top teams of the three will move to the finals and will take each other on for the crown in the finals, which will start broadcasting on Peacock/NBC at 7 10 p.m. ET.
