Corey Heim just stole the race win from Ross Chastain in double overtime. He had scuff tires that had a few laps fewer on them than the rest of the competition. On the last lap, in Turns 3 and 4, Heim made his pass to win the NASCAR Truck Series race at Darlington.
This is the first win for Heim in the 2026 season. He is racing a diverse schedule across all three NASCAR national series. One big result tonight that deserves to be noted, Frankie Muniz. P18 for Team Reaume at Darlington - how about that?
Another great night of racing in the Truck Series. This is a series that race fans need to watch if they want entertainment. Carson Hocevar and Ross Chastain had great battles on track. Kaden Honeycutt was a force for much of the race.
In the end, it ended up being Heim Time once again. Heim also collects the $50,000 bonus in the Triple Truck Challenge. It is yet to be announced if he will compete in the next two Triple Truck Challenge races.
