A man has been arrested and charged with multiple crimes after allegedly sending multiple threatening and explicit messages to Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham.
According to FOX 59 News in Indianapolis, 59-year-old Kevin Singh has been charged in Marion County on one felony count of stalking, one felony count of intimidation and one misdemeanor count of harassment. He was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged on Wednesday.
His mugshot was released this morning:

The Allegations
The conduct that Singh allegedly engaged in is pretty disturbing to say the least. For at least nine months the man has reportedly been trying to get her attention through package deliveries, letters and social media posts professing his love for her.
Cunningham reportedly became distressed by the man's behavior, becoming worried over what he might do and ultimately getting the Fever to issue a cease-and-desist letter to Singh in April. But this apparently didn't work and only resulted in Singh sending more threatening messages online.
“I gotta find a new way to talk at you,” Singh reportedly wrote in a post, via FOX 59. “Not gonna say the things I want to, with these people watching… Your organization literally threatened me with JAIL. Over what?? Because you can’t stop looking at what I post?? Do you have ANY (expletive) clue what that threat feels like? I can’t go there for ANY reason. Any concert, comedy show… bc (of) you & your (expletive) UP mental health.
“Yes, I’m in love with you. 1000% That’s never gonna change,” Singh reportedly wrote in another post. “You love me; not sure you’re in love. & I am worried that’ll change; so, I’ma make sure it doesn’t.”

Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears said in a news release all threats of violence - no matter where they stem from - will be taken seriously.
“The internet has made it easier than ever to target, harass and intimidate others,” Mears said. “Threats of violence, whether face-to-face or behind a keyboard, will be taken seriously.
“Coming forward is never easy, regardless of a person’s position or public profile. The victim is setting an example by speaking out. No one should have to endure harassment, intimidation or threats of violence, and every person deserves to feel safe in their workplace and throughout our community."
