The Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams meet Monday night with several player props worth targeting. Kyren Williams draws a favorable matchup against a Buffalo run defense missing Ed Oliver, while Puka Nacua could have another big night against a struggling Bills secondary. Josh Allen also brings plenty of rushing upside against a Rams defense that has been tough to beat through the air. With offensive playmakers on both sides, Monday night offers several interesting betting angles, including a same-game parlay worth considering.

Rams RB Kyren Williams 70+ Rushing Yards (-113)
Williams has rushed for at least 80 yards in three straight games, averaging 5.9 yards per carry during that stretch. He’s also averaging 23.5 touches over his last two outings, giving him a steady workload in the Rams’ offense. Buffalo allows 116 rushing yards per game and will be without defensive tackle Ed Oliver, weakening its interior defense. The Bills have also surrendered at least 130 rushing yards in each of their last two games.
Rams WR Puka Nacua 100+ Receiving Yards (+105)
Nacua returned from injury with 125 receiving yards against Philadelphia last week and is averaging 99.5 yards per game this season. He draws a favorable matchup against Buffalo cornerback Maxwell Hairston, who has a 42.9 coverage grade from Pro Football Focus. The Bills rank 27th in passing yards allowed, surrendering 256.3 per game. With Los Angeles ranking among the NFL’s most pass-heavy offenses, Nacua should see plenty of opportunities Monday night.
Bills QB Josh Allen 40+ Rushing Yards (-102)
Allen faces a Rams defense allowing just 154 passing yards per game, which could force him to rely more on his legs Monday night. Allen rushed for 69 yards on 14 carries against Detroit earlier this season and has historically been more active on the ground in high-scoring games. He also ran for 82 yards and three touchdowns against Los Angeles in 2024. With Buffalo potentially needing Allen to extend plays, his mobility could be a major factor.
