On Monday, Lexie Hull posted a parting message for the Indiana Fever’s 2026 season. Fans and teammates alike quickly responded.
In her caption, Hull highlighted how she’s spent the last five years with the franchise. She has remained with the Fever since they selected her with the No. 6 pick in the 2022 WNBA Draft out of Stanford.
The 27-year-old kept her starting role this season, providing Indiana with timely baskets and solid defense. She averaged 5.2 points and 3.0 rebounds in 18.2 minutes per game.
“half a decade with the @indianafever,” Hull wrote.
Her Fever teammates showered her with love in the comments section.
“Miss you already,” Myisha Hines-Allen wrote.

Indiana’s season ended earlier than hoped. The Fever finished the regular season 28-16 to secure the No. 6 seed heading into the playoffs.
However, Hull and Co. failed to advance from the first round. The Fever forced a Game 3 against the Las Vegas Aces but lost 94-83 on Oct. 1. The defending champions moved on to the semifinals and faced the Golden State Valkyries.
Hull remains under contract with the franchise after re-signing a two-year, $1.6 million deal in April.
The Fever face several important offseason decisions that will significantly impact their squad heading into 2027. Kelsey Mitchell and Sophie Cunningham, among others, will enter unrestricted free agency, leaving their futures with the franchise uncertain.
