The Green Bay Packers have made the playoffs in each season that quarterback Jordan Love has been the starter. However, after two straight wild-card losses, Green Bay is hoping to make a deep run during the 2026 NFL season.
Going into year two of a four-year, $220 million contract, he is facing high expectations to help the Packers get closer to hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. Coming off yet another solid season, throwing for 3,381 yards, 23 touchdowns and six interceptions, it's clear the signal-caller is earning the respect of his peers.
On Friday, the league announced that Love earned the No. 72 spot on the NFL Top 100. It's a list produced annually, voted on by players themselves.

It's always an accomplishment for players to land on the list, but it's actually a step down for the former Utah State Aggie. Love dropped four spots after being No. 68 on last year's list, according to Pro Football Reference.
Landing at No. 72 isn't something everyone is happy about, including Packers EDGE Micah Parsons. After spending his first season in Green Bay, the pass rusher has gotten an up-close-and-personal look at Love and believes he should have been much higher.
"71 players in the NFL aren’t better than Jordan love!" Parsons wrote via an X post.
In the announcement posted by the NFL, he was quick to praise his teammate, saying, "I mean, you go through the tape, he has so many like, marvelous throws."
While his peers made their opinion on him clear, Love will look to prove Parsons correct as all Packers veterans are set to report to training camp on July 28. With expectations mounting, a strong season could help him climb in next year's rankings.
While not everyone may be as high on the signal-caller, Parsons' public endorsement shows that the quarterback has full faith from his teammates.
