Las Vegas Raiders superstar pass rusher Maxx Crosby may be done cheering for the Los Angeles Clippers.

After the news broke on Tuesday of James Harden's trade from the Clippers to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Crosby hopped on social media to show his support for the former NBA Most Valuable Player and let everyone know where his basketball allegiance now lies.

"Never Thought I Would Be Rooting For The Cavs Ever… LFG !!!!! @JHarden13 Ring Time!" the 28-year-old Crosby wrote in a post on X.

The Clippers sent Harden to Cleveland in exchange for Darius Garland and a second-round pick in the 2026 NBA Draft.

Although the 36-year-old Harden is a big loss for Los Angeles, the impact of his departure can be softened by Garland, a younger piece who can still help keep the boat steady for the Clippers. Plus, the 26-year-old Garland is a controllable asset for at least until the end of the 2027-28 campaign.

As for the Cavs, they get someone who can tremendously ease the load off the shoulders of Donovan Mitchell, who has a 32.4 percent usage rate through 47 games this season.

Crosby likely doesn't care much about most underlying numbers, but what's certain is that he wants Harden to finally win an NBA ring that has eluded the bearded superstar for his entire career.
