A man in a San Francisco Giants hoodie is getting ripped apart by fans online, for his behavior in front of a “Mom of the Year” at Tuesday night’s game.
As the Giants took on the Minnesota Twins at Oracle Park in San Francisco, a woman carrying a baby brought a bunch of food back to her seats, where a man was there waiting for her.
“Holy smokes, Mike! Look at this,” Giants announcer Duane Kuiper said.
“If there’s ever a true definition of a multitasking mother, that is the deal right there,” Mike Krukow said.
“Did I just hear that guy say, ‘Did you forget something?’” Kuiper then said.
The clip quickly went viral on social media.
MLB fans ripping man for his behavior
MLB fans are suggesting that the man should’ve been doing more.
“For anyone saying she was doing a diaper change its ok. He could of got the food while she did that. The seats arent going anywhere. Didn’t even take the food out of her hands so she can get settled tells me everything. Just starts eating. This stressed me out watching it,” one fan wrote.
“I could 100% see my wife insisting on getting up to stretch her legs and take the baby to restroom, telling me she doesn’t want me to get up, so I let her go, then she returns with food and the internet clowns me,” one fan added.
“She’ll be the last one to eat too. – they know,” one fan added.
“Better to be single than to be a woman that ends up like this…,” one fan added.
“If her intention was to change the baby diapers, she wouldn’t have taken the baby with the carrier. If she wanted to change the diapers and then get food, that would have been worse because he didn’t help her with either task. Besides, when she got to her seat, he did nothing,” one fan added.
The clip continues to go viral, with more than 5 million views in less than 24 hours on X, formerly known as Twitter.
