The City of New York - and its kids - officially does not have a bed time for the next few weeks, as the NBA Finals are scheduled to begin.

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani signed an official order on Monday, outlawing parents having bedtimes for their kids, as the Knicks are set to take on the Spurs in the 2026 NBA Finals, beginning on Wednesday night.

Olivia Becker, the Director of Video for the New York City Mayor, shared the historic news on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday afternoon. She announced that Mayor Mamdani had "signed a historic executive order today."
