Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert and singer-songwriter Madison Beer are officially engaged.
Back in August 2025, rumors about Beer and Herbert dating emerged after they were spotted together on the set of a music video. She basically confirmed all the rumors by attending multiple Chargers games during the NFL season.
A little over two months ago, Herbert made an appearance in the music video for Beer's song "lovergirl." It turns out that was just the start of what's been an epic three-month stretch for them.
On Tuesday afternoon, Beer and Herbert revealed they're engaged. She posted several photos on Instagram along with this caption: "Meet my fiancé."
Beer's mother, Tracie, gave Herbert her approval by sharing a heartfelt message online.
"All a mother wants is for her child to be happy," Tracie Beer wrote. "I’m so elated and fulfilled…my daughter has met the man of her dreams. Such comfort in knowing he will protect and love her forever. Some things are meant to be, and this is certainly one of them!"
The pressure is on Justin Herbert.
Herbert is gearing up for his seventh season with the Chargers. He already has 24,820 career passing yards and 163 touchdowns in his NFL career.
The knock on Herbert has been his lack of playoff success. The two-time Pro Bowler has only completed 54.7% of his postseason passes with two touchdowns and four interceptions.
We'll see if Herbert finally records his first playoff win this upcoming season.
