Loreal Sarkisian, the wife of Texas Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian, rocked a special rivalry game outfit for Saturday’s game against Oklahoma in Dallas.
Texas and Oklahoma met at the Cotton Bowl on Saturday afternoon. The Sooners pulled off a stunning upset, taking down the Longhorns, following a late-game interception from Arch Manning.
But as Texas faltered on the field, Loreal Sarkisian stood out off of it, rocking a special rivalry game outfit that earned a special shoutout from ESPN’s broadcast.
“Texas roots, Parisian runway. 🤠🧡 A little Western spirit meets Schiaparelli, courtesy of fellow Texan Daniel Roseberry. Bringing it all back home for the Red River Rivalry. Hook ’em! 🤘🏽 📣 Shoutout to ESPN – Thank you ❤️,” she wrote.
Sarkisian shouted out her partners, too: “Pants: Schiaparelli Fall/Winter 2025–26 Runway. Belt: Schiaparelli. Top: Hervé Léger — Burnt Orange. Footwear: Christian Louboutin Stiletto Booties. Jewelry: Korman Fine Jewelry — Custom Mosaic Horseshoe Necklace. Sunglasses: Jacques Marie Mage. Styling: Loreal Sarkisian.”
She posted a special video of her outfit to her Instagram page, too.
“The look was Schiaparelli. The color was burnt orange. The love is always Texas. 🤘,” she wrote online.
Steve Sarkisian, meanwhile, sent defiant message after the loss
Texas’ head coach remains confident in his team, despite the loss on Saturday.
“We’re not dead,” Sarkisian said postgame. “We’re going to be OK. We’ll get back up off the mat.”
Sarkisian believes that Texas’ problems are more execution based than preparation based – and that’s frustrating.
“I’m frustrated, you know, because we’re working at it,” Sarkisian said. “It’s not for lack of effort. It’s not for teachable moments and coaching and all those things. But clearly, it hasn’t been good enough.”
Texas, 4-1 on the year, will look to rebound against Florida on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 12 p.m. E.T.
The game will air on ABC.
