Despite suffering a catastrophic injury earlier this year, Lindsey Vonn just keeps on shining.
Vonn, 41, suffered a complex tibia fracture during the downhill skiing event at the 2026 Olympics. Her injury required several surgeries before she was allowed to even travel back home. Although she’s still recovering, she was recently spotted on the grass courts at the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
The Olympic skier then took a trip to New York to watch some action at the US Open.

Vonn showed up at Arthur Ashe Stadium in a green dress. She shared another look at her outfit on Friday night.
“It’s been a lot of tennis the past week (and workouts)… and I had soooo much fun,” Vonn wrote for her caption. “Proud to support the @ustafoundation and congratulations to @sloanestephens on everything you do for the community with your foundation.”
Though it’s not really a huge surprise, Vonn received plenty of love from her fans this week.
“You are so stunning and such an inspiration to so so many,” one fan said.
“She looks great,” a second fan wrote.
“So beautiful,” another fan commented.
What’s the latest on Vonn’s health?
Vonn recently told TNT Sports that she’ll need to undergo another major surgery later this year. That should be the final procedure she needs to get herself back on track.
“Once I get my ACL, then I’ll have another long road ahead of me. But for now, I feel great, and I’m very thankful for that,” Vonn said. “I’m hoping that I can have the [ACL] surgery in November, but it’ll be in the winter sometime, and then it’ll be another nine months until I’m fully recovered from that, so I can’t really look beyond that. I don’t really know what the future holds, but like I said, I’m just thankful for where I am right now.”
We’re certainly wishing Vonn all the best in her recovery.
