Lexie Hull has been with the Indiana Fever throughout her WNBA career. She arrived as the sixth overall pick in the 2022 WNBA Draft and quickly established herself as an integral part of the team.
Hull averaged 5.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game in her first four years in the pros. While Hull doesn’t fill up the stat sheet, she is a reliable 3-and-D wing who provides the Fever with hustle plays, defensive toughness, as well as floor spacing.
The 26-year-old guard doesn’t need the ball in her hands to thrive, which is the perfect complement to a team that already boasts the likes of Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston.
With that said, it’s not surprising that the Fever value Hull tremendously. In fact, when she was a restricted free agent during the past offseason, Indiana made sure to reward her.
Hull returned to the Fever on a two-year deal worth nearly $1.6 million. Her contract is also fully guaranteed, per Spotrac.

Prior to her latest deal with the Fever, Hull’s total career earnings amounted to $217,502. That said, her new contract was certainly a massive jump.
Apparently, Hull made sure to reward herself as well with her WNBA salary. According to a report by ESPN, the former Stanford star bought a Tesla with her pay.
For what it’s worth, several other WNBA players splurged with their newfound wealth. Washington Mystics forward Kiki Iriafen also bought herself a car, while Atlanta Dream star Rhyne Howard purchased a Louis Vuitton bag.
Hull certainly worked hard for the money she got and deserved every bit of it. Still, it will be interesting to see how she uses the rest of her WNBA salary. It’s worth noting that Hull’s teammate, Sophie Cunningham, went with real estate to grow her money.
