With WrestleMania 42 just around the corner, Ric Flair has fired off a major accusation against the WWE.

Flair, a 16-time world champion, is one of the most iconic wrestlers to ever step in the ring for the WWE. Unfortunately, the two sides aren't seeing eye-to-eye at this stage in his career.

It was revealed on Tuesday that Flair is no longer associated with Roots of Fight, an apparel company. Not only did he accuse the WWE of trying to damage his legacy, he called out Vince McMahon.

"Woke Up This Morning To Find Out That I’m No Longer Allowed To Be With @rootsoffight Per @WWE. Let Me Think- I’m The Only Wrestler To Ever Be On 30 For 30 & Ranked In The Top 25 Of All Time, An Emmy Nominated Documentary-Courtesy Of The WWE, Which I Should Have Won But l Lost To A Team Not An Individual. 21 World Championships, But I Always Played By Your Rules And Kept It At 16. Paid Vince McMahon Back 800k When He Said He Would Forgive It. I Honored It," Flair wrote on social media.

"Fortunately, I Still Make 1 Million Dollars From The GREAT Ryan Fiterman @FitermanSports . 500k From Ric Flair Drip. And Thank God For @TonyKhan . What More Of My Legacy Do You Want To Destroy WWE? You All Grew Up Loving Me And I Set The Bar. Now You Are Trying To Kill Me And Diminish My Legacy. Thank You, But It Ain’t Happening. Nice Try. LFG!

WWE fans torn on this issue.

Some fans believe "The Nature Boy" has been unfairly treated by the WWE. Others, however, think he's acting a bit ridiculous right now.

"You built a dynasty and a dynasty was built on your back. On the back of sting, on the back of steamboat, Piper and many more. You earned it and deserve respect. Something one place seems to forget about," one fan commented.

"Ric thinks WWE is to blame for destroying his legacy," another fan replied. "Lol."

"No one can ever destroy your legacy outside of legal issues," a social media user replied. "No less than GOAT your body of work, territories travelled all over the world and the amount of household names you made is second to none. Your work rate going as far back as 1972 is of epic proportions."

It'll be interesting to see if the WWE responds to Flair's accusation.
