Lane Kiffin has made a lot of stops during his college football coaching career.
From Tennessee to USC to Alabama to FAU to Ole Miss to LSU, Kiffin has coached at some of the biggest programs in the country.
But, as a head coach, he's yet to win a national championship. Kiffin believes that things will change in Baton Rouge, though. He's planning to bring home a College Football Playoff national championship during his time with the Tigers.

In fact, Kiffin is guaranteeing that LSU will win a national championship during his time with the Tigers.
Kiffin makes national championship guarantee
Kiffin appeared on the "In The Bayou with Tyrann Mathieu" podcast and made the national title guarantee.
“I don’t know how fast it’s going to happen, but we’re going to win a national championship,” Kiffin said. “We’re going to have the teams and the rosters back to the way they were playing when they were great. I don’t know how fast. It might not be today, but it’s going to happen.
“I feel it in recruiting too. Now that we’ve got our staff fully here and we know how to sell LSU because we’re meeting with everyone, it’s one of one. It’s what Nick Saban said. It’s the best job in America.”
Several coaches have won national titles at LSU this century, from Nick Saban to Les Miles to Ed Orgeron.
Kiffin is confident that he will be the next.
The LSU Tigers have their work cut out for them moving forward, though. However, it certainly sounds like Kiffin is sure that he'll be able to make that happen.
