Dillon Brooks has expressed in many ways how much he dislikes LeBron James, but the Los Angeles Lakers superstar's teammate Luka Doncic feels differently about the Phoenix Suns guard.

Doncic sat down with NBA legends Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady on their podcast, where they discussed a number of topics ranging from the Slovenian star's NBA career to his personal life.

He was asked which of his teammates talks the best trash, and he answered right away by saying it's him. When the question was flipped and asked who does it best against him, McGrady expected him to say Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Doncic mentioned Dillon Brooks, who considers himself James' nemesis. He proceeded to acknowledge the great season that the 2023 all-defensive second team member is having.

"Brooks. … I love playing against him," the Lakers guard replied.

McGrady liked his answer and pressed Luka further, suggesting that he loves "shutting down" the Suns player who is embracing the Dillon the Villain nickname.

"He's been playing well this season. He's very good," Doncic continued.

Brooks is indeed playing splendidly this season, averaging 21.1 points per game, up from 14 ppg as a member of the Houston Rockets last year. His name was mentioned several times as a potential All-Star, although he did not make the team.

The Suns forward also acknowledged Doncic last week through N3onHQ's livestream. He named the six-time All-Star as the hardest player to guard, saying defenders are "at his mercy" whenever he has the ball.
