Ahead of Tuesday’s game against the Thunder, the Lakers announced that they have ruled out star forward LeBron James due to left foot injury management.
Los Angeles had listed James as questionable for Tuesday’s matchup before they ultimately ruled him out as he will miss his first game since March 10.
Of course, the Lakers were already set to be without both Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves, who are both set to miss the remainder of the season due to injuries, while Marcus Smart also remains sidelined.

Now James will join those three on the sidelines for Tuesday game as Los Angeles will be without all three of their star players.
With James sidelined against the Thunder, Rui Hachimura, Jake LaRavia and Luke Kennard could all be in line for increased roles and the Lakers will need them to step up if they want to pull off surprise victory over Oklahoma City.

On the other side, the Thunder will also be without one of their stars as they have ruled out Jalen Williams due to hamstring injury management, though they will have the rest of their core available, including both Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren.
