The 2026 NFL season is still several months away, but FanDuel TV host Kay Adams is still finding ways to generate buzz on social media.
Adams rose to prominence due to her work on NFL Network's "Good Morning Football." She then left the network in 2022 to host her solo show, "Up & Adams," on FanDuel TV. Although fans were sad to see her go, she felt like it was the right step in her career.
“I felt so good about the work I did there,” Adams said, per Barrett Sports Media. “I knew that I didn’t want to stay, and had an offer to stay. But I was like, ‘Man, do I really want to do this for four more [years]? Is this the right time to leave?’ And I very much feel great about when I left.”
That decision ended up being a smart one for Adams, who has interviewed the top coaches and players in the NFL on her solo show.

After covering the 2026 NFL Annual League Meeting in Arizona, the beloved TV host decided to treat herself to a vacation.
On Tuesday night, Adams shared a photo of her sporting a white swimsuit on her Instagram Story.

Kay Adams opens up about personal life.
While on the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast in November, Adams said she's ready to settle down and start seeing people.
“I think I haven’t known what I’ve wanted super much. I think I’m always in survival mode of what’s next, how am I gonna survive and advance, that’s a life thing,” Adams said, via the New York Post. “I’m very happy with where I am, I’m settled, I’m a little more calm, like I feel a little more able to be there for someone else, I feel that’s where I am. Dating’s funny though, you know.”
Adams admit that she hasn't dated much over the years because she spends so much time covering the NFL.
Luckily for Adams, she has a little time this week to ease back and relax. Of course, she'll be back at work for the start of the NFL Draft on April 23.
