A particular photo of Josh Allen's wife, Hailee Steinfeld, is generating a lot of buzz before this Saturday's showdown between the Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos.
The Bills punched their ticket to the AFC divisional round by defeating the Jacksonville Jaguars last weekend. Allen had 273 passing yards, 33 rushing yards and three total touchdowns. The Broncos, meanwhile, enjoyed the weekend off since they clinched the No. 1 seed in the conference.
Speaking to reporters earlier this week, Broncos coach Sean Payton addressed the challenges that Allen presents for opposing defenses. He's hopeful that his defense, which ranked No. 2 in yards allowed and No. 1 in total sacks this season, can slow down the reigning MVP of the league.
"So there’s a lot that goes into that relative to defending him. He has tremendous legs,” Payton said. “He’s a fantastic competitor. He was the difference when that game that was close last weekend, and here it is the final drive. It’s been a while since I saw someone gain seven yards on a sneak. He’s one of the stars of our league, and you see it year-in and year-out."

In an effort to troll the Bills this week, Broncos fans discovered a photo of Steinfeld wearing a Denver jacket. The picture was taken on Feb. 7, 2016 - the day the Broncos defeated the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50.
CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson asked Allen about the old photo of his wife that's going viral.
"Asked Josh about this pic and he told me he had no idea it was floating around," Wolfson said. "Laughed and said she was probably paid to be there. And that he definitely wasn’t going to bring it up at home."
Clearly, Allen is unbothered by all the buzz on social media.
Big year for Allen and Steinfeld.
Allen and Steinfeld have been together since at least May of 2023. During last year's NFL Honors ceremony, the Bills quarterback gave his wife a shoutout as he was accepting the MVP award.
“You’ve been my rock, you are my best friend,” Allen said. “I would not be standing on this stage if it weren’t for you.”
In May 2025, Allen and Steinfeld got married in Southern California. Seven months later, they announced they're expecting their first child.
Maybe, just maybe, Allen and Steinfeld will celebrate a Super Bowl victory before becoming parents.
