ESPN had made a ton of changes to its NFL talent lineup ahead of their biggest and most important season ever, which culminates in their broadcast of Super Bowl LXI. Among the many additions they’re making is bringing analyst Jason Kelce into the booth to call a handful of games.
On Wednesday, ESPN announced that Kelce will be joining the broadcast team of Dave Pasch and Kurt Warner for four of the NFL Network’s seven games this coming season. He’ll mostly be working on the NFL International Series Games, covering the Week 4 Colts-Commanders game in London, the Week 5 Eagles-Jaguars game in London and the Week 7 Steelers-Saints game in Paris.
Kelce has also been named to the team that will be working on a TBD game in Week 6 on Saturday, December 26.
Per ProFootballTalk, Bob Wichusen and Louis Riddick will handle the call of the other three games.
Kelce Saturation
NFL fans weren’t exactly thrilled at the prospect of having even more exposure to Kelce than they already get. Plenty have complained online about there being just too much Kelce these days:
“It’s actually remarkable that ESPN is still in business. NFL fans are sick of jason kelce,” one user wrote.
“Yeah, I was just thinking we need more Jason Kelce in our lives, not nearly enough exposure,” another remarked.
“Monday night football has already become the most skippable game of the slate and adding a Kelce makes it even easier to skip,” a third wrote.

Kelce already does podcasts, on-air analysis, commercials and plenty of other projects. It seems like adding him to the broadcast booth is just putting a hat on a hat.
