The Oklahoma City Thunder hold a 2-0 series lead over the Phoenix Suns following their 120-107 win in Game 2.
Oklahoma City had already put on a strong start to the first-round matchup with a Game 1 demolition of Phoenix, beating the Suns by 35 points in a 119-84 blowout.
On Wednesday, however, the focus quickly turned to Thunder forward Jalen Williams after he exited Game 2 in the third quarter with a left hamstring injury.
Williams suffered the injury after landing from a fast-break layup attempt. He grabbed his left hamstring and forced his way out of the court with a foul shortly after.

Before the injury, Williams had scored 22 points, seven rebounds and six assists in Game 1, followed by 19 points on 7-of-11 shooting to go with four assists and one rebound in Game 2.
According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Williams has suffered a Grade 1 left hamstring strain and is week-to-week to make his return to the court.
“Thunder’s Jalen Williams has sustained a Grade 1 left hamstring strain and will be re-evaluated on a weekly basis,” Charania reported.
The timeline outlined in that update hints at an earliest return around Wednesday or Thursday, meaning Williams is expected to miss at least the next two games, scheduled for Saturday and Monday, as well as Game 5 if the series extends.
Despite Williams' absence, the Thunder have already proved they can keep going without him. When Williams missed time with the same issue during the regular season, the Thunder went 39-10 in games he didn't play.
Game 3 is scheduled for Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET in Phoenix as Oklahoma City looks to extend its series lead and near a sweep of the Suns.
