Jalen Brunson's wife, Ali, was fired up about Wednesday night's historic comeback for the New York Knicks.
Despite trailing 81-52 in Game 4, the Knicks wouldn't be denied their chance to go up 3-1 in the NBA Finals. They erased the San Antonio Spurs' 29-point lead in large part because of Brunson's heroics. The All-Star guard had 36 points on 12-of-15 shooting from the field. Of course, he wasn't the only player who stepped up for New York.
OG Anunoby made the two biggest plays of the night for the Knicks. Not only did he have the go-ahead bucket with 1.2 seconds remaining, he kept their hopes alive with a clutch block on De'Aaron Fox in the final minute of the game.
"We know it's a game of runs," Anunoby said. "We're a resilient group. We've been through a lot. We've come back plenty of times when we're behind. Just staying with it, weathering the storm, not being too down or angry or frustrated. Just staying with it, cut down to 18, cut it down to six, push it through. It's a 48-minute game, just play 'til the end."

On the cusp of history.
The Knicks haven't won the NBA Finals since 1973. Brunson is hoping to snap the team's championship drought and solidify his status as a franchise legend.
"If he’s able to deliver a championship to New York, it’ll be the greatest free agent signing in NBA history," Charles Barkley said earlier this series.
The NBA Finals will continue on Saturday with Game 5 in San Antonio. We'll see if Brunson has another vintage playoff performance.
