Caitlin Clark is back in Iowa City on Saturday as No. 14 Iowa hosts No. 5 Ohio State in one of the biggest college football games of the weekend.
The Indiana Fever star returned to her former college home for ESPN’s “College GameDay,” serving as the celebrity guest picker ahead of the Big Ten showdown. Clark appeared alongside Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban as the show broadcast from the Pentacrest.
With the game now approaching, however, the question is whether Clark will also be at Kinnick Stadium to watch her former school take on the Buckeyes.

Clips of Clark on the College GameDay set have been circulating the internet. The former Hawkeyes star used her appearance to celebrate the launch of her first Nike signature shoe, the Caitlin 1, which launched on Thursday.
She gave several fans a memorable souvenir by tossing signed pairs of the newly released shoes into the crowd during the broadcast.
She also made 10 college football picks during the show. Clark picked Iowa State over West Virginia, UMass over Eastern Michigan, BYU over TCU, Arizona over Cincinnati, No. 4 Miami over Clemson, USC over Washington, No. 16 Mississippi State over No. 7 Alabama, Michigan over Minnesota, No. 8 Florida over Missouri and, finally, Iowa over Ohio State.
Her Iowa State selection produced one of the morning’s more amusing moments. The Iowa crowd booed Clark after she picked the Hawkeyes’ in-state rival, prompting her to tell the fans she wanted to finish the day with 100% accuracy and that she would make them happy with her final selection.
Clark then delivered what the home crowd wanted, picking Iowa to beat Ohio State.
Will Caitlin Clark Be at the Iowa-Ohio State Game Today?
As of this writing, there is no confirmed report that Clark is inside Kinnick Stadium for the Ohio State-Iowa game. However, that does not mean Clark is not attending the game and it remains to be seen if she’ll make an appearance when the game kicks off.
Clark’s appearance came just two days after the Fever’s season ended with a first-round playoff loss to the Las Vegas Aces. That elimination cleared her schedule to return to Iowa for College GameDay, which was making its first visit to Iowa City since 2006.
Ohio State and Iowa are scheduled to kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET at Kinnick Stadium, with CBS carrying the game nationally.
