Inter Miami begin their 2026 Leagues Cup campaign on Wednesday night when they host Atlético de San Luis at Chase Stadium. With Lionel Messi back from international duty and available to start, Javier Mascherano's side will be looking to make a strong start against the Liga MX visitors in the clubs' first-ever meeting.

Germán Berterame, Gonzalo Luján and Maximiliano Falcón also remain unavailable through injury, while Sergio Reguilón is not expected to feature as he continues to recover from a hamstring issue.

Atlético de San Luis travel to South Florida with a few injury concerns of their own. João Pedro remains sidelined with a long-term ligament injury, while Juanpe, Benjamín Galdames and Jesús Medina are all expected to miss out because of knee issues.
