Lexie Hull and the Indiana Fever had a surprising finish to the 2025 WNBA season. Despite missing Caitlin Clark for most of the regular season and all of the playoffs, the Fever still finished with a 24-20 record, earning the No. 6 seed before advancing all the way to Game 5 of the semifinals. Hull played a key role in that run, averaging 7.2 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game.

But following her fourth WNBA season in 2025, Hull saw her rookie deal with the Fever come to an end, becoming a restricted free agent. And with the league agreeing to a new collective bargaining agreement, Hull is in for a major pay increase. She is also expected to remain in Indiana, with free agency beginning on April 11. But before her fifth season, Hull was in Indianapolis for another big event.

Over the weekend, the men’s and women’s Final Four tipped off, with the men’s semifinals taking place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. LG Electronics USA, an official partner of the NCAA, has teamed up with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to "provide funding and resources to the host schools" of both Final Fours. LG has also raised more than $2.5 million in support of mental health and wellness.

Ahead of the Final Four in Indianapolis, LG hosted an event with students from Indiana University Indianapolis to discuss the importance of mental health resources. And Hull, who helped the Stanford Cardinal win the 2021 NCAA national championship, was one of the keynote speakers at the event.

On Monday, Hull took to social media to share that she joined the discussion on mental health with LG and NAMI, noting how important support is for her as a professional athlete both on and off the court. The guard also shared several photos of herself with others who attended the event.

"Honored to join a discussion on mental health with @lgusa and @NAMICommunicate at the Final Four," Hull wrote on Instagram. "As a pro athlete juggling a million things at once, I know how important support on and off the court is. Proud to help shine a light on mental wellness and the available resources 🤎"

While Hull awaits her new contract, the Fever will open the 2026 WNBA season on May 9, hosting the Dallas Wings at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
