Indiana Fever stars Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston continue to contribute to Team USA in its bid to win its fifth straight FIBA World Cup title.
On Monday, Team USA blew out Czechia 105-64. Clark finished with nine points on 3-of-8 shooting from the field in the contest, along with a game-high seven assists. Boston, for her part, recorded three points and two rebounds.
Both Clark (+22) and Boston (+19) were in the top five in plus-minus rating for Team USA in the game, highlighting their impact whenever they were on the court.
As a result of the win, Team USA officially swept Group D. It is now headed to the quarterfinals by virtue of topping the group.

Following Team USA’s victory, the Fever made sure to put the spotlight on Clark and Boston, while also highlighting the latest development involving the team.

As Team USA now moves on to the knockout rounds of the FIBA World Cup, it will be interesting to see how Clark and Boston perform.
Clark actually recorded 14 points and 11 assists in Team USA’s opener against China, although she hasn’t matched those numbers since.
As for Boston, while she has been a consistent frontcourt presence, she has yet to have a breakout game for the national team. Still, a breakout performance from her would be ideal for the Americans in their bid to defend the championship.
