Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever lost their season opener at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on May 9, bowing to the Dallas Wings 107-104. Eight days later, Clark and company made it up to their home fans with a victory over the Seattle Storm.
The Fever defeated the Storm on Sunday, 89-78. Clark tallied 21 points, seven rebounds, 10 assists and two blocks, helping Indiana improve to 2-2 with its first home win this season.
Following the game, Clark took to Instagram to share photos from their home games this season. The All-Star playmaker didn't hide her delight; she posted photos showing her hyped up and smiling.
"first weekend at home," Clark wrote in the caption of the post.

The post quickly drew plenty of reactions from both fans and Clark's friends and Fever teammates.
Former Fever player Chloe Bibby wrote, "Pretty cool but you need a tan more than I do." Indiana guard Lexie Hull added, "fire me up!!!!"
One comment that stood out, however, was Raven Johnson's. The Fever rookie kept her reaction simple, but it said a lot about their relationship.
"Mamacita," Johnson wrote.
Clark and Johnson's relationship was a major talking point after the Fever took the latter with the 10th pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft. It's worth noting Johnson said in the past she had almost quit basketball because of the online bullying she experienced following a viral moment with Clark.
The two have since moved on from the controversy. Johnson shared during training camp that Clark was helping her a great deal as she adjusts to the WNBA level of play.
As the 2026 season progresses, it's clear the bond between Clark and Johnson is getting stronger.
