The 2026 FIFA World Cup comes to an end on Sunday, July 19, but before Spain and Argentina battle for the trophy, fans will be treated to a star-studded closing ceremony at New York/New Jersey Stadium.
The show begins at 1:30 p.m. ET, 90 minutes before the World Cup final kicks off at 3:00 p.m. ET. There will be a mix of music, entertainment, and special guest appearances to celebrate the first-ever 48-team FIFA World Cup.
Hollywood's Tom Cruise will make a special appearance, just as he did during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games Closing Ceremony, while Jennifer Hudson, one of the few entertainers to achieve EGOT status by winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award, will perform the United States national anthem before kickoff.
Joining them are Post Malone, Robbie Williams, Laura Pausini, and Nicole Scherzinger, with popular streamer IShowSpeed also taking part in the festivities.
