Michael Harris II and the Atlanta Braves were able to defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 Sunday, evening the National League Division Series at 1-1 entering Game 3. Center fielder Harris II was the only Braves batter to record extra-base hits, knocking a double and a triple to go 3-for-5 with an RBI.
After outfielders Kyle Tucker and Teoscar Hernández and third baseman Max Muncy all hit home runs for Los Angeles in Game 1, the Dodgers accumulated only six total hits in the game. First baseman Freddie Freeman hit a home run in the fourth inning, while Muncy hit his second home run of the series in the ninth inning.
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts trusted starting pitcher Blake Snell for the game. Snell went 3.2 innings, striking out five batters while walking five and allowing only one earned run. Braves relief pitcher Dylan Lee was credited with the win.
