The Tennessee Titans will be playing their starters against the Seattle Seahawks, but how long will they be in the game? Here is what we know.

The Tennessee Titans are set for the second game of their three-game preseason slate following their first game and victory against the San Francisco 49ers inside Levi's Stadium last Thursday.

This game will be against the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks. While the starters are known to be playing, the question remained, "How long?" Luckily for Titans fans, Jim Wyatt from over on the Titans website detailed how long Saleh will be playing the starters in this contest.

Wyatt stated that the starters will be progressing in their snaps against the Seahawks. In fact, he confirmed that Robert Saleh said the plan is for the Titans to play their starters for roughly 25-30 snaps. This means that the starters on the team could go all the way until halftime or right around it before the backups play.

This is a massive step up for the starters who played three series. While the Seahawks will be tougher competition for the starters, the biggest step up will come in the third preseason game, which is something that is to be expected.

According to Wyatt, the Bears game will see the starters receive the most snaps, over 30. This is something that Saleh responded to, saying that the Titans are "going to build up" ahead of the contest against the New York Jets, which begins the regular season.

This is good news for the Titans and is great for the starters. By no means is this team proven. In fact, this team is new for the most part with the multiple additions from the NFL Draft and free agency pool.

For a team that finished with only three wins last season, they don't deserve to have the same time off as a team like the 49ers or the Seahawks. They should have to get back to work and showcase that they are prepared for the season and good enough to compete in a manner that allows them to at least be in the conversation to win the division. If playing during the preseason is what it takes, then so be it.
