Home Run Predictions Today: Best MLB HR Prop Bets for Friday, July 24

New York Mets left fielder Juan Soto (22) follows through on a single

It's "Friday Fly Ball Frenzy," and three sluggers stand out as my favorite home run bets. Jake Bauers gets a dream matchup against Tomoyuki Sugano, who has allowed a home run in each of his last five starts. Shea Langeliers continues his breakout season and faces Zebby Matthews, who's been one of baseball's most homer-prone pitchers lately. Meanwhile, Juan Soto gets a prime matchup against Roki Sasaki, who has surrendered nine home runs over his last six starts.

If you're looking for Friday's best home run props, Bauers, Langeliers and Soto have the power and matchup to leave the yard.

Best Home Run Props Today

Jake Bauers Home Run Bet (+331)

This matchup checks every box. Bauers has done most of his damage against right-handed pitching, launching 15 of his 18 home runs while posting an elite 53% hard-hit rate. Now he gets Tomoyuki Sugano, who's been serving up long balls all month. Sugano has allowed 18 home runs this season, 12 to left-handed hitters, and has surrendered at least one homer in each of his last five starts.

Shea Langeliers Home Run Bet (+279)

The Athletics slugger is on pace for a career season with 23 homers through 92 games and continues to hammer the baseball with a 44.6% hard-hit rate. Now he gets Zebby Matthews, who's been one of the most homer-prone pitchers in baseball lately, allowing seven long balls over his last five starts. With Matthews giving up plenty of fly balls, Langeliers has all the ingredients to go deep.

Juan Soto Home Run Bet (+307)

Soto has crushed 17 of his 21 home runs against right-handed pitching this season and continues to barrel baseballs with a 48.6% hard-hit rate. Now he gets Roki Sasaki, who's been serving up home runs at an alarming pace, allowing nine over his last six starts and 19 overall. After a quiet stretch since the All-Star break, this feels like Soto's breakout spot.
