Haiti and Peru meet in an international friendly at Inter Miami's Nu Stadium on June 5 as both teams continue their preparations for the months ahead.

For Haiti, this year carries special significance as the Caribbean nation will be making only its second FIFA World Cup appearance and its first since 1974.

Meanwhile. Peru arrive after failing to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup following a disappointing CONMEBOL campaign in which they lost 10 of their 18 qualifying matches.

Since the appointment of Mano Menezes in January, Peru are still searching for their first victory. They lost 2-0 to Senegal in March before drawing 2-2 with Honduras a few days later.
