Legendary PGA Tour star Gary Player is one of the most iconic figures in the history of the game.
Player, 90, is not happy with Augusta National, though. While Player is a three-time Masters champion, even he isn't granted special benefits at the iconic U.S. golf course located in Georgia.
The 9-time major champion recently called out Augusta National for a ruling that many have deemed "disrespectful."

Player has admitted to wanting to play a round of golf with his grandkids before he calls it quits. Player, 90, probably only has a few more rounds of golf in him.
However, the iconic U.S golf course has reportedly turned him down.
Player calls out Augusta National golf course
Player said that Augusta National turned down his request to play with his grandchildren.
“My grandsons are dying to know about their grandfather’s episodes on that golf course,” Player said. “All the golf courses that have hosted The Open, the U.S. Open and the PGA would oblige, but they won’t do it at Augusta. It is just this current management there, but these are the times we live in and I accept it, but I accept it with sadness.”
Player has previously called The Masters the fourth best of the majors.
“When I go there I feel I am walking onto a golf course in Heaven,” Player said. “I tread very carefully and I love Augusta so much but I don’t like all the rules.”
