France head into the 2026 FIFA World Cup as one of the leading contenders for the title. Managed by Didier Deschamps, who is set to leave his role after the tournament, and captained by Kylian Mbappe, Les Bleus will be looking to reach a third straight World Cup final.
The French side finished their preparations with a 3-1 victory over Northern Ireland in a friendly match and will be based in Boston during the tournament.
Drawn in Group I, France will face Senegal, Iraq and Norway in the group stage. All three of their group matches will be played in the United States.
