Former NFL and NBA players are sounding off on Enes Kanter’s behavior after his ejection on Sunday night.
Kanter, a former NBA Draft first round pick and 10-year league veteran, was ejected from Sunday night’s Chicago Sky vs. Indiana Fever game. Kanter, who has declared for the 2027 WNBA Draft, sat courtside for Sunday night’s game on Peacock. He ultimately got into it with Sky guard Natasha Cloud. Kanter was ejected from the game and escorted out of the arena by security.
“I just got kicked out of a @WNBA game for supporting WOMEN! Let that sink in, AMERICA! 🇺🇸,” he shared on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“t’s always women hating on other women.”

However, while Kanter claims to be “supporting women” by going to a WNBA game and harassing the players, former NFL and former NBA players aren’t really buying it.
Multiple professional athletes have taken to X, formerly known as Twitter, to criticize Kanter for his behavior at the Sky vs. Fever game on Sunday evening.
Pro athletes rip Kanter for his behavior
Former NFL defensive back Darius Butler ripped Kanter immediately following his ejection on Sunday night.
“What a BUM!” he shared on X.
Longtime NBA forward Kyle Kuzma added his own thoughts.
“Look at the drama queen….. no not Natasha. Grown man stepping over the baseline at a woman,” he shared on X.
Kanter, meanwhile, has attempted to declare for the 2027 WNBA Draft, as the league hasn’t fully clarified its rules on transgender athletes. There are not currently any transgender athletes playing in the WNBA.
The former NBA forward is getting the attention he’s seeking, though, however some current and former professional athletes are clearly not in favor of what he’s doing.
