Former NFL coach Todd Haley is a football veteran.
Haley, 59, has been coaching since 1995. He first joined the New York Jets staff that year and has been coaching ever since. Haley, who played collegiately at North Florida, has made coaching stops with the Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns, among other teams. He has mostly been an offensive coordinator or wide receivers coach, though he served as Kansas City's head coach from 2009-11.
The former NFL coach was last in the league in 2018, serving as the offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns, under Hue Jackson. Haley went viral that year, for disagreeing with Jackson during a "Hard Knocks" episode. The Browns went 7-8-1 that year. Jackson was fired during the season.
Haley, a Pennsylvania native, has since been coaching in the UFL. He's currently the offensive coordinator of Columbus's team, the Aviators. And he's barely recognizable today.
Yes, that is Todd Haley.
Haley has always had a strong beard, but with that kind of flowing hairstyle, he looks like he could be a Ryan brother.

NFL fans flocked to social media to weigh in on the look by the former head coach.
"That’s clearly Rob Ryan," one fan joked.
"Haley’s ‘do is STRONG," one fan added.
"Todd Haley is turning into a Ryan brother," another fan wrote.
"WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT," one shocked fan wrote.
"Long haired Todd Haley is freaking me out and idk why," one fan added.
