K-Mag, Kevin Magnussen, is set to make his NASCAR debut at San Diego. This isn't the first time that Trackhouse Racing has tapped a former F1 driver for their Project 91 car. This time, it's the man from Denmark, who is currently racing for BMW in the World Endurance Championship.

Trackhouse Racing made the announcement official on Wednesday morning. With 185 starts in Formula 1, Magnussen brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Trackhouse is an organization that has pushed boundaries and made big moves in the past. Kimi Raikkonen, Helio Castroneves, and of course, Shane van Gisbergen, have all driven the 91 car in the past. Now, Kevin Magnussen is taking on the challenge.
