The San Antonio Spurs are at home on Thursday night as they host the Detroit Pistons in an interconference showdown.
San Antonio enters Thursday’s game with a 44-17 record after defeating the Philadelphia 76ers on the road in dominant fashion on Tuesday night.

In Tuesday’s victory over the 76ers, Devin Vassell led the way for the Spurs as he recorded 22 points and five rebounds while Dylan Harper added 22 points, two rebounds and two assists of his own off the bench.
Now San Antonio will try to grab another victory on Thursday as they face off against the Pistons in a tough home matchup.
On the other side, Detroit enters Thursday’s contest with a 45-15 record after losing on the road to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night.

Jalen Duren led the way for the Cavaliers in Tuesday’s loss as he ended the game with 24 points and 14 rebounds while Ausar Thompson recorded 16 points, six rebounds and six assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Thursday night’s matchup, one side may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Pistons Injury Report
For the Pistons, they enter Thursday’s matchup with a clean injury report as they have nobody listed on it.

This has been a recurring theme for the Pistons over the past few weeks which is a great sign for them as they have had multiple key players miss time due to injuries this season.
Now Detroit will try to use this to their advantage on Thursday as they try to pick up a key road victory over the Spurs.

San Antonio has ruled out Harrison Barnes due to left ankle soreness as he will miss his second consecutive contest.
With Barnes sidelined once again, Julian Champagnie and Carter Bryant could both be in line for increased roles.

The Spurs have also ruled out Mason Plumlee due to return to competition reconditioning as he has yet to make his team debut after being signed for the remainder of the season last week.
