Final Injury Report for Wings-Sun: Will Aneesah Morrow, Odyssey Sims Play?

The Connecticut Sun are at home Thursday night as they host the Dallas Wings in an interconference matchup.

Connecticut enters Thursday’s game with a 4-15 record after defeating the Washington Mystics at home Friday night.

In Friday’s victory over the Mystics, Olivia Nelson-Ododa led the way for the Sun as she recorded 12 points, nine rebounds, three assists and three blocks while Charlisse Leger-Walker added 10 points, three rebounds, five assists and three steals of her own.

The Sun will try to grab another victory Thursday as they face off against the Wings in a tough home matchup.

Dallas enters Thursday’s contest with an 11-8 record after losing at home to the Minnesota Lynx Sunday afternoon.

Paige Bueckers led the way for the Wings in Sunday’s loss as she ended the game with 25 points, three rebounds and four assists while Azzi Fudd recorded 21 points, three assists and four steals.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Thursday night’s matchup, one may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

Wings Injury Report: Will Odyssey Sims Play?

The Wings have two players listed on their injury report for Thursday, including guard Odyssey Sims.

Dallas has listed Sims as probable due to a left ankle injury and she is expected to return from a nine-game absence against the Sun.

The Wings have listed Alanna Smith as questionable due to a concussion and there is a chance she could return from a three-game absence if she is able to clear concussion protocol.

Sun Injury Report: Will Aneesah Morrow Play?

The Sun enter Thursday’s matchup with a healthy roster as they have nobody listed on their injury report, including forward Aneesah Morrow.

Of course, Morrow missed Friday’s victory over the Mystics due to a left leg strain but she is off the injury report and will return against the Wings.
