Trail Blazers Injury Report: Will Shaedon Sharpe, Jerami Grant Play?
For the Trail Blazers, they have four players listed on their injury report, including both Shaedon Sharpe and Jerami Grant.

Portland has listed Sharpe as doubtful due to a stress reaction in his left fibula that has sidelined him since Feb. 7 and while he is expected to miss Wednesday’s game, it appears as though the young guard may be nearing a return.
The Trail Blazers have also listed Vit Krejci as doubtful and he is expected to be sidelined due to a left calf contusion.

Grant has been ruled out due to a right calf strain as he will miss his fifth consecutive contest while Damian Lillard remains sidelined while recovering from a torn Achilles.
Spurs Injury Report: Will Victor Wembanyama, Stephon Castle Play?
On the other side, the Spurs have two players listed on their injury report as they have listed both Victor Wembanyama and Castle as doubtful.

San Antonio has ruled out Wembanyama due to a left rib contusion that caused him to exit Monday’s victory over the 76ers in the first half as he will miss Wednesday’s game.
With Wembanyama sidelined, Luke Kornet will likely draw a start in his place while Kelly Olynyk and Mason Plumlee could both have increased roles off the bench.

The Spurs have also ruled out Castle due to right knee soreness as he will miss his first game since March 21, which could allow for Harper and Carter Bryant to have larger roles.
Fans can catch Wednesday night’s matchup between the Trail Blazers and Spurs from San Antonio at 9:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
