The Oklahoma City Thunder are on the road on Wednesday night as they travel to take on the San Antonio Spurs in a Western Conference showdown.
Oklahoma City enters Wednesday’s game with a 40-11 record after defeating the Orlando Magic at home in dominant fashion on Tuesday night.

In Tuesday’s victory over the Magic, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the way for the Thunder as he recorded 20 points, five rebounds and nine assists while Isaiah Joe added 22 points of his own off the bench.
Now Oklahoma City will try to grab another victory on Wednesday as they face off against the Spurs in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, San Antonio enters Wednesday’s contest with a 33-16 record after defeating the Magic at home on Sunday night.

Victor Wembanyama led the way for the Spurs in Sunday’s victory as he ended the game with 25 points, eight rebounds, four steals and five blocks while Dylan Harper recorded 15 points, six rebounds and five assists off the bench.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Wednesday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Thunder Injury Report, Will Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren Play?
For the Thunder, they have 10 players listed on their injury report, including both Shai and Chet Holmgren.

Oklahoma City has ruled out Shai due to an abdominal strain as he is expected to be re-evaluated after the All-Star break, meaning that he will miss at least the next five games.
With Shai sidelined, Joe and Aaron Wiggins could both be in line for increased roles moving forward, along with Jared McCain who they acquired from the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday, though the trade is still pending.
The Thunder have also ruled out Holmgren due to back spasms while Isaiah Hartenstein is out due to an eye corneal abrasion.

With both Holmgren and Hartenstein sidelined, Jaylen Williams and Branden Carlson could both have increased roles.
Lu Dort has been ruled out due to patellofemoral joint inflammation while Ousmane Dieng is out due to him being away from the team.
Jalen Williams, Ajay Mitchell, Alex Caruso, Nikola Topic and Thomas Sorber are also out as they remain sidelined while recovering from injuries.
Spurs Injury Report, Will Stephon Castle, Dylan Harper Play?
On the other side, the Spurs have four players listed on their injury report, including both Stephon Castle and Harper.

San Antonio has listed Castle as questionable due to left adductor tightness and he is in danger of missing his second consecutive contest.
If Castle is sidelined once again, Harrison Barnes and Julian Champagnie could both be in line for increased roles.

The Spurs have also listed Harper as questionable due to right ankle soreness and if he is sidelined, Keldon Johnson and Jordan McLaughlin could both have larger roles.
Jeremy Sochan has been ruled out as he continues to recover from a left quad strain while Lindy Waters III is sidelined due to a left knee injury.
